The Fourth International Workshop on Catchment-scale Hydrological Modeling and Data Assimilation will be held in Lhasa, China, in the period 21-23 July 2010.

Catchment-scale Hydrological Modeling and Data Assimilation

The conference will be well coordinated with “2nd International Workshop on Energy and Water Cycle over the Tibetan Plateau and High-elevations”, which will be held in Lhasa, China, in the same period. It’s a follow-up to the successful CAHMDA-I workshop held in Wageningen in 2001, CAHMDA-II workshop held in Princeton in 2004 and CAHMDA-III workshop held in Melbourne in 2008.

The objective of the workshop is to bring together experts to discuss the use of new modeling, observing, and data assimilation approaches to improve the understanding, observability and predictability of catchment hydrology.

Workshop participants were invited to present a poster related to one of the sessions.
