Dr. William A. Gough, who comes from University of Toronto Scarborough, was invited by the State Key Laboratory of Cryospheric Sciences, CAREERI; he will visit CAREERI on September 24, 2013, and will give an academic report.

Dr. William A. Gough is Deputy Director of the Graduate School of University of Toronto Scarborough, a climatological professor in the physical and environmental sciences department, and Chairman of the school district management committee in Toronto University. He engages in the research on Arctic climate and frozen soil in Canada.
