The influence of three coordinate rotation methods on momentum, scalars fluxes, non-stationary, and integral turbulence characteristics over typical heterogeneous surface are compared. The data was taken from "The Oasis System Energy and Water Cycle Field Experiment", which held in the Jinta County on June 18 to July 8, 2005. The results revealed that the influence of three coordinate systems on those variables and tests have some differences more or less. The non-univocal identification of the non-stationary time series is related to the changes of turbulence elements with time and measurement site relative to meteorological conditions, instrumental limitations and so on. The normalized velocity (temperature) standard deviations vs. Z/L are obey the (-)1/3 powers law,but for used the different coordinate rotation methods, the regression equations of normalized standard deviations vs. Z/L are also have differences, which maybe caused by the processes of vertical wind component and the choice of horizontal wind in different coordinate rotation methods. The classification for overall dataset was performed according to the non-stationary test and integral test.
