Using the observed turbulent data at Yellow River Water Resource Region Climate and Environment Comprehensive Observation and Research Station(Maqu station) in September 2006, and Martaon′s method that estimate aerodynamic parameters using the single\|level sonic anemometer data, the aerodynamic parameters at Maqu station have been analyzed. The results indicate that the zero plane displacement is 0.143 m and the aerodynamic roughness length is 0.035 m. Comparing with other similar land surface, the results shows that the zero plane displacement and the roughness length are in a reasonable range. And then, the aerodynamic roughness length and the zero plane displacement are applying to the land surface model CoLM, the simulation ability of the CoLM about the heat flux are evaluated. The results show that the sensible heat flux and the latent heat flux are better than before.
