This research deals with changes of soil physical and chemical properties with reclamation years of oasis saline meadow in Linze County, Gansu Province, China. The results showed that soil quality of saline meadow improved obviously with increase of cultivation years. The clay content increased from 9.18% (before cultivation) to 12.93% (cultivated for 30 years), and soil nutrients content all increased to some extent except that available K decreased from 1 315.50 mg·kg-1 (before cultivation) to 240.84 mg·kg-1 (cultivated for 30 years). The total salt content decreased significantly from 70.28 g·kg-1 (before cultivation) to 2.00 g·kg-1 (cultivated for 30 years) because the engineering, biological and agricultural measures had been used to control salinization.
